AUTHENTICITY OF PRODUCT & TOLERANCES:
These products are purchased from our supplier with a written agreement stating that all goods are assumed authentic and are purchased in a legal manner. Our supplier, not Get Your MAC On, has direct contact with the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to know or be aware of the possible issues and questions that may be addressed by your clients when selling these products. In manufacturing there are tolerances ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Engineering_tolerance ) or boundries that the manufacturer has to stay within when producing a copy writed and trademarked product. Having said that, "tolerances" are specified to allow reasonable leeway for imperfections and inherent variability without compromising performance. Many replicas are close in their copies and a lot of the time the things that determine the difference between replicas and authentic products are little details such as these below. It is very necessary when trying to determine the difference that you understand how the product is manufactured as well as educate yourself about tolerance levels.

There are many buyers out there that believe if they find certain differences such as the font being slightly different from one product to the next then it is definitely a replica. This may or may not be the truth. In addition, many people ask questions associated with the scent of the product. There are several factors involving how the scent presents itself (time, ingredient mixtures). Example: Tinted Lipglass should smell like vanilla, Studio Fix Powder should have a small number underneath the powder pad etc. You can log onto the MAC website and converse/chat online with a rep. Note: Not all MAC reps or clerks are fully educated on products from previous years. We have seen customers mis-informed on labels and markings on packaging from previous years. MAC is constantly changing their packaging and sizes due to replicas, economy etc. MAC is owned by Estee Lauder now so product is made in other countries and shipped in from all over the world to the USA manufacturer/distributor. This may or may not be the reason for slight differences. Make sure you do your own research using accredited sources to show yourself approved.

OVERSTOCK/SHELF WEAR:
All products are purchased as overstock from manufacturer and this is the reason why they can show signs of shelf wear. During transit box corners sometimes become crushed upon arrival to us. We make every effort to package your orders with adequate protection so no further damage occures. 95% of product is without imperfections.

USA mail takes 3-5 business days.

International mail takes 10-30 days.

A tracking number is provided with first class mail, but the post office does not gurantee tracking

after it leaves the USA. If you choose to use priority mail, you will have guaranteed tracking.

It is up to the buyer to purchase shipping insurance on these packages.

PAYMENTS:
Payment's must be paid in full before product is shipped. We do not do C.O.D.
We accept: Paypal (4% USA Fee), (5% International Fee), Bank Wire $15.00 and USA Direct Deposit (FREE) to our local bank which is Chase Bank in Arizona. You may also use Chase Quickpay if you are set up to do so.

If paying with paypal, please allow 3-5 extra business days for processing. Once order is made you will be sent an invoice through email. Payment is due at the time of invoicing in order to begin processing your order.

SHIPPING & LEAD TIME:
We do have a lead time of 7-14 days. The reason for this can vary depending on the quantity and what it is that you need. Sometimes certain items may be on back order or may not be available. During the spring and holidays months shipping is slow and orders are high. Once your package has been shipped via USPS, we are not liable for any customs delays, lost, damaged or stolen items. You may choose to purchase shipping insurance to protect against these things. Please understand this before ordering. This is out of our control.

POLICIES/RETURNS:
Product availability and price is subject to change. There are no returns due to the hygienic nature of the product. All sales are final and sold as is. We make sure our items are in good condition before shipping to our

customers. When the shipment leaves our hands we have no control over it. It is up to the buyer to purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for customs fees or taxes. As stated, we do not sell replicas. Selling couterfit cosmetics is illegal. The only place you can obtain certification is through MAC/Estee Lauder itself. Since we do not represent this company, we can not provide you with such documentation. When selling on ebay or other similar sites, they may ask you for this documentation and agian, we can not provide you with this. We can not provide you with "special request" orders due to stock color and product changes. Therefore we suggest that you only sell what you have on hand. Some situations may be out of our hands but we will do our best to work with you to overcome any issues.
